Key speakers include Farhat Asif, Founder President of the IPDS, Andrey Kortunov, DirectorGeneral of Russian International Affairs Council, Muhammad Asif Noor, Secretary-General of Pakistan Shanghai Cooperation Organization Friendship Forum, Mikhail Konarovsky-Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation and leading research fellow at Institute of International Research at MGIMO University, Zhao Huasheng, Professor of the Centre for Russia and Central Asia Studies at Fudan University, Shanghai, Vasily Kashin leading research fellow at the RAS Institute of Far Eastern Studies, Head of the CCIES section of International Military-Political and Military-Economic Problems at the Higher School of economics and Dr. Muhammad Khan, Professor of International Relations at Intl. Islamic University.

Ksenia Kuzmina, Program Manager at the Russian International Affairs Council in her welcoming remarks highlighted the role SCO in enhancing the relations between Pakistan and Russia. Andrey Kortunov, DirectorGeneral of RIAC has introduced the SCO under the Russian Presidency and highlighted the role of Russia to control the pandemic.

He also discussed the role of India and Pakistan in SCO as nuclear states. Farhat Asif, Founder President of the IPDS has discussed the work of IPDS in promoting the peaceful image of Pakistan in the region and the role of Pakistan in SCO.
