Six labourers shot dead in Turbat.

ISLAMABAD -- At least six labourers were killed and two others injured in a gun attack in the Turbat city of Balochistan on Saturday morning, officials said. Police sources said the victims were sleeping inside an under-construction house when targeted by the armed assailants. Six labourers were dead on the spot whereas two sustained injuries, police stated. The injured labourers were rushed to the district headquarters hospital Turbat for

medical treatment. An emergency was declared in the hospital for the provision treatment to the injured of the attack. The attackers fled from the spot. Police reached the crime scene later and started an investigation into the incident. "This seems to be a targeted attack," a senior police said. He requested anonymity since he was not authorised to speak to the media.
