Sindh, Balochistan join forces to deport illegal immigrants.

KARACHI -- With one week left in the deadline for the illegal immigrants to leave the country, the Sindh government has offered to facilitate the foreigners who want to return to their country of origin.

Home Minister Brig (retd) Haris Nawaz and Balochistan Information Minister Jaan Achakzai addressed a joint press conference at the Karachi Press Club.

During the press conference, Haris Nawaz said that October 31 deadline has been fixed for illegal residents to leave the country voluntarily. From November 1, strict action will be taken against the unregistered foreigners, he warned.

He said that the provincial government will facilitate migrants in their journey to their respective countries. He said that the government has obtained all the data. He rejected the impression that operation was only against those belonging to one nationality.

He said that the operation is being carried out against all those foreigners illegally residing in Pakistan. Balochistan information minister mentioned that illegal foreigners have only a week to leave the country.
