DADU: Rapid pace of technological change can create uncertainty for businesses and individuals who may not know which skills or products will be in demand in the future This was stated by Helena Nobre, professor of management at the University of Averio, Portugal, while addressing the 3rd International Conference on Emerging Business and Economic Trends (ICEBET 2023) as keynote speaker. The event was organised by the department of business administration, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University.

She advised businessmen and individuals to follow the technological trends and skills for the success of their business.

Another speaker, Prof Dr Virginia Bodolica of marketing and supply chain at the Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, said the disruptive economy presented opportunities and challenges, and it was up to businesses and individuals to adapt and navigate those changes in order to succeed in the new scenario.
