Prime minister to meet businessmen in Lahore.

LAHORE -- Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Lahore soon to interact with the business community and immediate measures will be taken to resolve their issues, said Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry.

Speaking to Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) President Mian Tariq Misbah on the sidelines of the signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding between the LCCI and Tajikistan Chamber of Commerce, Chaudhry said that the visit of PM Khan would help resolve issues being faced by the business community in Lahore.

He assured the LCCI chief that the government would support the business community in every matter.

The minister said that growth-centric and inclusive development-oriented economic policies were bearing fruit and leading the country towards the goal of economic stability.

'We will facilitate them so that exports can be increased significantly,' he added.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Federal Minister for Industries and Production Khusro Bakhtiar have also promised to visit the LCCI to have close interaction with the business community.
