PPP to call APC on crises prevailing in country: Bilawal.

KARACHI: Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Thursday said that his party intends to call an all-parties conference to devise a national narrative to take the country out of the prevailing crises.

Speaking during a virtual consultative meeting of the party, the PPP chairman observed that "an ignorant, disconnected, callous and arrogant prime minister, who has little knowledge about the constitution and its importance has declared the constitutional powers of the elected chief ministers as dictatorial." "He obviously has no idea of how a Federation works let alone the significance of distribution of resources among the federating units," he remarked.

Bilawal said the disastrous policies and confused messaging of PM Imran Khan has allowed the pandemic to spin out of control and everyone is surprised that he appears adamant against a lockdown despite a huge surge in deaths due to the disease.

"Prime Minister has openly ignored the warnings from WHO, health professionals and the opposition parties," he added.
