PPP takes credit for exit from EU high-risk states list.

LAHORE -- The Pakistan People's Party takes credit for removal of Pakistan from the European Union's list of high-risk countries.

PPP Punjab acting president Rana Farooq Saeed and general secretary Syed Hassan Murtaza said here on Wednesday that the EU changed its policy as a result of effective diplomacy by party chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari as the country's foreign minister.

They said the change is a good omen for the traders exporting their goods to European countries.

Pakistan had been included in the EU list of high-risk countries in 2018.
