Peshawar -- An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast targeted security forces convey in North Waziristan Tribal district Monday.

Reports reaching here said a security forces convoy was targeted by the roadside explosion in Tehsil Datta Khel of the NW District leaving at least two men in uniform injured while another succumbed to injuries. The radio controlled explosive device was planted by the unknown terrorists.

The security personnel embracing Shahadat has been identified as Sepoy Mohammad Tahir while Lance Naik Mohammad Khan sustained serious injuries and was shifted to Miran Shah hospital.
