(NATIONAL) LHC rejects plea seeking removal of Farhat's children names from ECL.
LAHORE -- Lahore High Court on Wednesday rejected a petition seeking removal of the names of Farhat Shehzadi's children from Exit Control List (ECL).
Farhat Shehzadi has been a friend of former first lady Bushra Bibi. A single bench of the high court comprising Justice Rassal Hassan Syed turned down the petition while announcing the reserved verdict.
The court had earlier reserved decision after hearing arguments of lawyers. State counsel in his arguments said that Farhat Shehzadi has been proclaimed offender in NAB cases and she want to bring her children to abroad.
