(NATIONAL) Cash-strapped, fuel-deficient PIA cancels another 18 flights.

Islamabad -- The cash-strapped Pakistan International Airlines has cancelled another 18 domestic and international flights due to the non-availability of fuel on Friday.

The bulk of canceled flights include 14 flights going to and coming from Karachi. Besides, several flights are facing extraordinary delays.

Two flights PK 308 and PK 368 from Islamabad to Karachi were cancelled.

Flights PK 319 and PK 369 from Islamabad to Karachi were also cancelled.

Seven flights from Islamabad to Dammam, Muscat, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and a flight from Quetta to Karachi were cancelled.
