Medical exam plea in teenage girl 'abduction' case rejected.

KARACHI -- In the case of alleged abduction of an underage girl and early marriage, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sharqi, in his verdict, has rejected the plaintiff's request to carry out the medical examination of the victim girl.

In the Karachi City Court, Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharqi, in his verdict quashed the plaintiff's application in which the plaintiff had sought permission from the court for the medical examination of the girl.

The petition was filed by the victim girl's father.

Earlier, the court of Judicial Magistrate Sharqi had also rejected the Investigation Officer's (IO) request to carry out a medical examination of the girl.
