Israel's rapid attacks raise concerns.

Israel has intensified its military operations overnight, claiming to have killed "dozens" in and around Gaza City. However, the Palestinian health ministry reports a much higher death toll, with over 260 people perishing in the past 24 hours. The relentless bombing has overwhelmed basic infrastructure, leading to the distressing situation where the UN has had to bury numerous unidentified bodies in a mass grave in Gaza City due to a lack of cold storage.

Among the casualties, at least 1,873 of the approximately 4,741 Palestinians martyred in the past fortnight were children, with an additional 15,898 people injured. Leaflets have been distributed warning residents of north Gaza to evacuate the area, or risk being labeled as terrorists. Meanwhile, Israel has confirmed that 212 of its citizens are being held captive in Gaza.

The message to Gaza residents was conveyed through leaflets bearing the Israeli military logo, as well as automated phone messages sent to the population. The new development is that those who choose not to evacuate north Gaza may now be considered allies of terrorist organizations, as stated in the leaflets. This represents a significant shift in Israel's warning tactics. In addition to the Gaza situation, Israeli forces martyred eight Palestinians in the occupied West Bank on Sunday, bringing the total death toll to 93 since October 7, according to the Palestinian health ministry. One strike targeted the Al-Ansar mosque, which the Israeli military claimed was being used to plan attacks on Israeli territory. The Palestinian health ministry reported that two men were killed in the Jenin strike, while another Palestinian was killed during a military raid in Nablus, and yet another was shot dead in Tubas. Near the Rafah crossing between Egypt and the Gaza Strip, an explosion and the sound of ambulances were heard on Sunday afternoon, shortly after a second aid convoy had entered the crossing from the...
