IIUI holds football & cricket finals amid Sports Gala.

ISLAMABAD -- An enthralled final of the Sports Gala 2023 cricket tournament at the international Islamic University (IIU) concluded here at university as its title was clinched by Faculty of Languages and Literature (FLL) as it defeated Faculty of Management Science. In addition, the football title was clinched by the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, while Arabic was Runner-up, says a Press release. The sports gala is being organized by the Directorate of Students Advisor and cricket and football tournament was part of the other activities of more than 30 other sports competitions. The Sports Gala is being organized by the sports section of the Directorate of Students' Affairs. As many as 1000 students from 11 faculties of universities are participating in it that will conclude on 25th of October.

The games include competitions of tug of war, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, cricket, football, hockey, chess and competitions of athletics.
