IHC seeks police report on raid on lawyer's house.

ISLAMABAD -- The IGP of the federal capital has been served notice after police allegedly raided the house of a senior Supreme Court lawyer.

The notice was issued on the directives of an Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench, comprising Chief Justice Athar Minallah, who heard a plea filed by advocate Tariq Asad. On Friday, Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) President Raja Inam Minhas appeared before the court to represent Asad.
