Heat wave continues to sear Karachi.

ISLAMABAD: The metropolis remained in the grip of a heat wave on Wednesday, with the mercury shooting up to 42 degree Celsius mark. The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) issued a heat wave alert on its website, stating that the maximum temperature would range between 40 degree Celsius and 42 degree Celsius until May 4.
