FIA conducts raid on PML-N central secretariat.

Lahore -- The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday raided Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz's central secretariat in Model Town, Lahore to recover the material regarding former accountability court judge's video scandal.

PML-N workers present in the office put resistance first but shortly after the raid became agreed to hand over the record to the raiding team members.

The raiding team took a computer hard drive in its custody which contained the data related to PML-N's internal matters.

The sources claimed that purpose of the raid was to confiscate material related to the above said case.

A PML-N leader Ata Tarrar whiel condemning the raid said that the new DG FIA, Wajid Zia, has an anti-PML-N agenda.

The FIA has sumoned a number of PML-N leaders for inquiry in the case.

Raiding team asked Tarrar to appear before them on Friday (today), whereas former information minister Parvaiz Rashid and Uzma Bukhari have been issued summons for December 30.
