Christchurch attack: Body of Pakistani victim arrives in Karachi.

The body of Syed Areeb Ahmed, a Pakistani who was martyred in the Christchurch massacre, arrived in his hometown Karachi early Monday.

Areeb is one of the 50 victims who were martyred when a white supremacist opened fire at two mosques in New Zealand city of Christchurch.

His body was flown to Karachi in a private airline. It was received by his father at the airport. Members of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) were also present when the body was handed over to the family.

The body has been moved to Areeb's residence in FB Area. His funeral prayers will be held at the Sangam Ground at 3:00pm after Zuhr prayers and he will be laid to rest at a graveyard in Sakhi Hassan.
