Bilawal emphasises urgent climate action.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday stressed that the recent floods in Punjab and climate change were timely topics after the catastrophic nationwide floods in 2022.

Former foreign minister Bilawal made these remarks while addressing a seminar on 'The Urgency of Action: Climate Change and its implications on Human Rights in Pakistan,' hosted by the PPP Human Rights Cell via video link, said a press release issued by the PPP.

Speaking of the shared responsibility, Chairman Bilawal said 'while we represent our party,' these challenges transcended party lines. 'They resonate with every person who calls Pakistan home and in many ways, every inhabitant of our planet.
