ATC directs police to submit chalan in Ranjhani murder case.
KARACHI -- The administrative judge of anti-terrorism courts (ATC) directed on Saturday the police to present chalan in Irshad Ranjhani murder case by tomorrow (Monday). The investigation officer appeared before the court and said that till the report of joint investigation team (JIT) is submitted, time should be granted for the submission of chalan. He argued that a new JIT had been formed by the home department and more time was needed to present the final chalan. The court accepted the plea.
