Another soldier martyred in Indian ceasefire violation along LoC.

In yet another incident of unprovoked aggression, a soldier of Pakistan Army was martyred when Indian troops initiated ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC), the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Wednesday.

The military's media wing said that 22-year-old Sepoy Mukhtiar, while fighting valiantly against the Indian aggression in Satwal Sector, laid down his life for the country.

"The Pakistan Army responded effectively to Indian firing, causing substantial damage to Indian troops in men and material," ISPR said.

Indian forces along the LoC and the Working Boundary (WB) have been continuously targeting civilian populated areas with artillery fire, heavy-calibre mortars and automatic weapons.

This year alone, India has committed more than 3,000 ceasefire violations, resulting in martyrdoms and serious injuries to several innocent civilians and soldiers.
