ABAD appreciates Minister Jumani for prompt actions.

KARACHI -- Association of Builders andDevelopers of Pakistan (ABAD) has appre ciated Caretaker Sindh Minister forHousing and Local GovernmentsMuhammad Mubin Jumani for taking hon est steps to promote construction industry inthe province and issuing on the spot ordersto concerned departments to redress com plains of builders and developers for boost ing economic activities and has also soughtimplementation of minister's instructions. Caretaker Sindh Minister Mubin Jumani,in a meeting with a delegation of ABAD,had ordered all concerned departmentsincluding Sindh Building Control Authority(SBCA) to remove all hurdles to clear allpending legal works including approval ofbuilding plans, completion etc within fif teen days and that all steps being taken bythe caretaker government should be visibleto general public.

Chairman ABAD Asif Sumsum, in astatement, said that we are appreciative ofcaretaker minister because it is the need ofhour to take immediate steps for revival ofconstruction industry, which is a primesource for creating thousands of jobs, pro viding homes to people and supportingmore than seventy allied industries.
