21 new HIV positive cases detected in Ratodero.

LARKANA -- As many as 21 new HIV positive cases were detected out of 375 screened on Wednesday at the Blood Testing Camp established at Taluka Hospital in Ratodero, bringing the total to 85 out of total screening of 2304 men, women and children.

This was disclosed by Dr Sikandar Memon, Provincial Program Manager, Sindh AIDS Control Program while talking to this Scribe. He said he is satisfied with the work underway but he added screening is an extra job for them. He said it was an emergency and the ratio is alarming.
