Of 558 places around the world, climate data collected by the German Meteorological Service shows that when compared to the 1961-1990 temperature norm, a vast majority - 511 - saw an increase in 2018. 11 experienced no change and only 36 recorded a decrease. Selecting locations with a view to providing maximal geographical coverage, this infographic gives an overview of how the world is getting warmer.
