KARACHI -- Whenever we start a new project in the country we must focus on one of the major components that the work should have sustainability. The development would only be considered as durable and benefitted the majority of society if it is sustainable. The public sector universities and particularly the University of Karachi is facing serious financial constraints due to deduction in the grants from concerned departments.
