Traffic jams trouble Topi area people.

SWABI -- People have been facing problems as a result of traffic jams near Safdar chowk on Swabi-Topi road in Topi area where a weekly bazaar is held every Wednesday.

The fair is held near Safdar chowk where Kotha-Topi, Topi-Gadoon Amazai and Topi-Swabi roads meet.

Due to heavy traffic on the main road the commuters often got stuck and have to face problems in reaching their destinations.

The road is narrow and only two vehicles could cross each other, but it gets narrower when traders erect their stalls on its edges every Wednesday.

Also, it becomes difficult to move forward when heavy trucks and loaded vehicles get stuck in the middle.

The vehicle owners and drivers could be seen yelling at each other and a number of them used abusive language.

It was witnessed that sensing gravity of the situation a few traders started directing the drivers politely to give way to each other and after an hour-long struggle the traffic started to move.
