Three shops sealed in Lakki Marwat.

LAKKI MARWAT -- The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority officials on Friday sealed three shops and seized stale fish and other adulterated food items during checking in different bazaars.

Following public complaints, the authority's deputy director Zeshan Mehsud ordered action against the adulterators.

Assistant director Dr Mukhtiar Ahmad Khan led the action.

A team seized 1,100 kg decomposed and substandard fish from an outlet in Gandi Chowk Bazaar. It also took into possession low quality sweets, soft drinks and powdered milk and sealed three shops.
