Team formed by Sindh CM reaches Thatrparkar after heavy rains.

MITHI -- A five-member committee formed by Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah reached in Thar on Friday to offer their condolences with aggrieved Thari families across the district and to assess the situations emerged after the massive devastation caused by heavy rains for two days. The committee comprising four provincial ministers including Syed Sardar Ali Shah the provincial minister for culture and tourism, MakhdoomMehboob Zaman minister for revenue and relief , Abdul Bari Pitafi minister for livestock , FarazDero minister rehabilitation and PPP MPA from QasimSirajSoomro. Syed Sardar Ali Shah speaking to this reporter said that everybody was shocked to learn the deaths and devastation caused by the rains coupled with severe strikes of the lightning . He said they had arrived in the region to provide the maximum relief to all affectees without any discrimination after the due process of the survey. He said that they were also looking into the matter of the extraction of the granite stones from Karoonjhar and the subsequent massive protests by the people of Parkar region.
