Suspension of Operations Due to COVID-19 of Ghandhara Nissan Limited.

Karachi -- Ghandhara Nissan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that in order to comply with the directives issued by Provincial Government relating to the outbreak of COVID-19 across Pakistan, the Company has closed its operations including the Head Office, factory and other regional offices throughout Pakistan until further notice and/ or clarification to be provided by the Provincial Government. We will inform the Exchange as soon as the operational activities would resume

The Ghandhara Nissan Limited (GNL), was incorporated in 1981 as a Private Limited Company having the sale licensee for the distribution of Nissan vehicles in CBU condition in Pakistan, later in 1992 it was converted into a Public Company listed in Karachi Stock Exchange.
