Stay over police action against PTI chief dropped.

LAHORE -- The Lahore High Court on Wednesday withdrew its stay order regarding action by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and police after both agencies submitted details of the cases registered against PTI chairman Imran Khan.

However, Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh restrained the National AccountAability Bureau (NAB) and the Anti-Corruption EstaAblishment (ACE) from taking any adverse action against the former prime minister till submission of a record of cases against him on Friday (March 24).

Earlier, the law officers of the federal and Punjab governments submitted reports on behalf of the Islamabad and Punjab police as well as the FIA.
