'Spring Plantation Campaign' kicks off.

SUKKUR -- Vice Chancellor (VC) of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Prof Dr Tahmina Mangan inaugurated the 'Spring Plantation Campaign', here on Thursday.
