Soldier martyred, 2 civilians injured in LoC firing by Indian forces.

RAWALPINDI -- A soldier of Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom and two civilians received injuries as the Indian army continued ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) - the de facto border between the two neighbors - Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Thursday.

According to a press release issued by the military's media wing, Sepoy Naimat Wali lost his life as a result of unprovoked Indian firing in Baroh and Chirikot sector along the LoC, injuring two women in Serian village.

In response, Army troops targetted Indian army posts which were 'substantially damaged', ISPR said adding that there were reports of casualties of Indian troops.
