A sit-in culture and mob pressure are gaining strength day by day. Meek politics asserts that dharna is the solution to our problems.

This is dangerous. Pressure groups and political parties must ponder over the negative impacts of sit-ins because society suffers owing to this activity.

Education is also hit as schools, colleges and universities are closed. Traffic is jammed and patients who need to visit a hospital get stuck in traffic.
