Sirajul Haq demands an impartial inquiry into the Ghotki train incident.

LAHORE -- Expressing grief over the Ghotki train tragedy which took lives of 40 people and made over 100 injured, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Emir Sirajul Haq has demanded an impartial inquiry into the incident and strict actions against the responsible.

Everyone knew a committee will be constituted now to hold inquiry but people would never know the findings and also the committee will work to hide the facts and cover the negligence instead of pinpointing the culprits and serving justice to the aggrieved families and victims, he said in a statement issued from Mansoora on Monday.

'The prime minister quotes examples of the West on every occasion and I want to question him now that who has to resign if this tragedy happens in Europe, ' Sirajul Haq asked.
