Sindh to set up six garbage stations.

KARACHI -- Aisor to Chief Minister for Law , Environment, Coastal Development and Spokesperson of Sindh Government Barrister Murtaza Wahab has saidthat the Sindh government wanted to set up six garbage stations on modern lines.

He expressed these views while addressing a press conference at Media Corner of Sindh Assembly. He said that under the cleanliness campaign of Chief Minister Sindh, the garbage was being picked up from different districts of the city. "Two hundred and twelve thousand one hundred and fifty tonnes of garbage have been raised from six districts of Karachi, out of which one lakh three thousand tonnes have been taken to the landfill site." Seventy thousand nine hundred and thirty-five tonnes of garbage have also been picked up from the district from Malir to eleven thousand tonnes from the district. Within 30 days, garbage from Karachi's all the districts would be removed .
