Karachi -- Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qassim Naveed Qamar has said that Sindh government is committed to help special children and we are providing them education, care, health facilities and vocational training in order to enable them to become a useful member of the society. This he said while visiting Al-Shifa Trust here on Friday. Muhammad Shoaib President Al-Shifa Trust, M. Shoaib Dahri GM Trust, Naeem Qureshi Finance manager Al - Shifa Trust and Ms Rozina Sarfarz were also present.
