SHC summons NAB DG in fake call-up notice case.

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday summoned director general of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi on April 16 in a case pertaining to a bogus call-up notice issued to a citizen by the NAB.A two-member bench of the SHC headed by Chief Justice Ahmed Ali M Shaikh rejected the report by the NAB's Investigation Officer (IO) Gul Afridi who appeared before the court.

SHC CJ remarked that the court can instruct the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to probe the matter.The NAB prosecutor said that the NAB has no objection over the probe and the court could order any agency in this regard.
