SHC orders Sindh govt to bear expenses of gutka-affected woman.

KARACHI -- Sindh High Court (SHC) summoned on Friday Home Secretary pertaining to the implementation of legislation to impose ban on consuming and selling gutka, mainpuri and other helth hazardous materials. A SHC bench, headed by Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, was hearing a petition filed by a woman Sanobar, who is affected by gutka, seeking ban on gutka and other hazardous materials.
