SHC orders private schools to not get extra fees.

KARACHI -- Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday heard a case pertaining to extra charges in monthly school fees of private educational institutes in the name of various additional events. A SHC bench, headed by Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, heard a petition against private shools who are getting extra fees from parents. School manager of Sindh appeared before the bench and was grilled by the judge presiding over the case for depriving parents of their hard-earned money over unrelated activities. Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar remarked that the private schools have made education and the pursuit of knowledge nothing more than a business chance. Justice Mazhar asked that do the schools themselves have any responsibility towards the students or will the parents just keep doling out money in the name of these events? The SHC justice remarked:
