Several passengers hurt in Metro bus minor accident.

ISLAMABAD -- A number of passengers were injured when a Metro bus met an accident due to driver's negligence while travelling to Islamabad from Rawalpindi on Tuesday.

The bus hit the boundary wall at Faiz Ahmad Faiz stop as the driver allegedly tried to overtake on a single track. Several passengers were injured and several of the windowpanes of the bus were broken.

According to detail, Metro bus accident occurred near the Faiz Ahmed Faiz station in Islamabad on Tuesday due to the negligence of the driver. The accident occurred when the metro bus, which was traveling from Rawalpindi to Islamabad, was overtaking another metro bus on a single track. The driver lost control of the bus, which collided with the boundary wall.
