Senior journalist Shahnaz Tatari passes away.
ISLAMABAD -- Veteran journalist Shahnaz Tatari was laid to rest at the H-8 graveyard on Monday.
She had breathed her last on Sunday following a cardiac arrest at the age of 70.
Ms Tatari was the wife of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Syed Abrar Rizvi and mother of journalist Kashif Rizvi.
A large number of people belonging to different walks of life attended her funeral.
Speaking to Dawn, Abrar Rizvi said his wife remained associated with daily Jang for a long period of time before moving to daily Azkar.
