SC rejects plea for restoration of NOC OF housing society park view owned by Alim Khan.
ISLAMABAD -- Supreme Court (SC) has rejected the plea for restoration of NOC of Hosuing society Park view owned by PTI leader Aleem Khan.
The court has adjourned the hearing of appeal plea against high court decision after preliminary hearing.
A two members bench of SC presided over by Justice Umar Ata Bandial took up for hearing appeal plea filed by Park view housing society against Islamabad high court decision.
The SC issued notices to all the parties concerned including CDA.
Justice Munib Akhtar inquired how the housing society got the NOC.
The defence counsel replied NOC were issued to several housing societies after court 2008 decision. The high court decision be suspended.
