Supreme Court (SC) has issued acquittal orders of accused Khadim Hussain who was arrested in murder case of 10 years old boy in 2006 in the jurisdiction of Golra police. The SC has issued orders for releasing the accused for want of solid evidence. The accused Khadim Hussain was in jail since the last 14 years. A 5-member Shariat Appellate bench under Justice Mushir Alam took up the case for hearing Monday.
