Sanaullah released from camp jail.

LAHORE -- Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah was released from camp jail after getting bail from the Lahore High Court on Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, the Lahore High Court issued its detailed verdict over granting bail to PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah in a drug smuggling case.

The nine-page judgment was authored by LHC's Justice Chaudhry Mushtaq Ahmad. The court, in its order, approved former Punjab law minister's bail against two surety bonds worth Rs. 1 million each.

The ruling stated that the prosecution did not challenge in any of the courts the move, to grant bail to the accomplices of Rana Sanaullah in the same case, and the trial court had rejected the petitioner's bail while approved bails to his accomplices.

Furthermore, the prosecution had not approached the LHC for cancellation of the bails granted to Sanaullah's accomplices.
