Rs200m earmarked for medical college.

OKARA -- The Punjab government has sanctioned two medical colleges -- one in Okara and the other in Narowal.

PML-N MNA Chaudhry Riazul Haq Juj told reporters at his office here that Rs200 million had initially been earmarked for the college in Okara.

He said Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz had taken interest in the project on his (Juj's) repeated requests about the need for a medical college.
