Rs119 billion for non-development police expenses.

LAHORE -- The provincial government has allocated Rs119 billion under the head of non-development budget for Punjab Police Department for the fiscal year 2020-21.

Police department had demanded Rs158bn from the government but the government had advised it to seek Rs131bn.

However, the government had slashed Rs12 billion from even the advised amount and allocated Rs119bn for the department.
