Round the clock opening of Torkham border boost trade activities: Ghazan Jamal.

PESHAWAR -- Chief Minister's Special Assistant on Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Ghazan Jamal said Thursday that round the clock opening of Torkham border had boosted the trade and economic activities.

He expressed these views during a visit to Torkham border where he took round to various sections and inspected facilities made by the border management.

Accompanied by officials of the provincial government, officials of relevant federal organizations and security personnel, he was apprised about progress of trade activities following opening of Torkam border for round the clock.

The officials informed that opening of Torkham border for 24 hours had not only created convenience for people but also boosted trade activities on both sides of the border.
