Robber killed, policeman injured during encounter.
ISLAMABAD -- A robber was shot dead during an encounter with police while a police official was severely injured on Sunday night.
The incident took place in the jurisdiction of Karachi Company police station.
According to a police spokesperson, three persons were escaping after a robbery in sector G-10.
'After getting information, a police team started chasing them. While they were in sector G-9/1, the robbers opened fire on the police team due to which one police official Kamran-ud-Din was severely injured.
