Karachi -- Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 10, 2018 have approved the resignation of Mr. Shafiq Ahmed dated November 06, 2018 from the position of Company Secretary of the Company.
