Residents protest gas outage in Charsadda.
CHARSADDA -- Hundreds of angry people of various localities of the district came out on the streets and blocked the main Peshawar Road to protest against the outage of natural gas for the last several weeks.
The protesters burnt tyres on the road and chanted slogans against the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Company (SNGPL).
The protesters hailing from various areas, including Sholgara, Choti Pul, Khoedad Khel, Sher Payan, Painda Khel, Old Bazaar, Khan Khel, Shabbi Khel and other localities were led by Haji Hassan Khan.
