QUETTA -- The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has filed a reference against a former Balochistan minister, a former director general of the Quetta Development Authority (QDA) and three others for their alleged involvement in illegal transfer of precious government land, causing millions of rupees of losses to the national exchequer.
